Can I just have a Counselling Session?
If you would prefer to simply chat – we can do this.
Counselling (therapy or chatting) is an important part of all our sessions!
Can you have hypnosis if you are on medication?
Generally, yes – but we would discuss the medications you are on in our first session.
Hypnotherapy is complimentary to traditional medical care – and can work nicely alongside each other.
How much does a session cost?
Session fees depend upon the issue you are wanting help with.
I have many set programmes – once we have chatted over the phone I can email all costs relevant to your enquiry.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions may vary – but in most cases, we will meet over a minimum of 3-5 sessions.
(Please note: Become Smoke Free / Be Vape free Programmes are only 2 sessions)
What are the payment terms?
You can pay via EFTPOS or cash at the clinic, on the day of your appointment.
If your session is online, payment is made via online banking the day prior to your session.
Genoapay is available for certain programmes – enabling you to spread the cost over 10 weekly payments.
I live out of town – can I do it online?
Absolutely! I work with many clients online – NZ wide and also overseas!
All you need is your smart phone, device or laptop – and we can connect via Facetime, Zoom, Messenger or Skype.
Does online hypnotherapy and counselling work?
Working together Online, via a recognised video connection, works just the same as being in the clinic setting.
For hypnosis to be effective, you simply need to be able to hear my voice.
